COATING THICKNESS MEASUREMENT

Oxide scale measurement is needed to monitor formation of oxide scales on the steam site surface of tubes of the Boiler components. It extremely helps in inspection of tubes of boilers and to prevent boiler from unwanted breakdowns. The equipment is also used to measure very low thicknesses such as paint coating thickness etc.

  • Assessment of remaining tube life in boilers by oxide scale measurement.
  • Thin coating i.e., paint coating thickness measurement.
